We had stayed at this hotel regularly a number of times during the past few years. But our experience this May has compelled us to avoid this hotel in the future. We lost substantial amount of money in changing our reservation dates, within the allowance of the hotel’s policy. In addition, we were meted out ruthless runaround by them as we tried to resolve the issue. Several emails and phone calls and a final email to their GM - all elicited no reply and no resolution..
Proximity to the airport
Several. Basically a mediocre hotel providing uninterested service at affordable rates. The main reason why they are losing our business in the future is their utter dishonesty in grabbing significant amount of our money and non-chalant and non-responsive attitude.
